Payment Policy

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) with no additional processing fees. All listed prices include VAT.

Room Number Notification

After checking into your hotel, please share your room number with us as soon as possible. This is essential for organizing your pick-up. We cannot be held responsible for any missed transfers if this information is not provided.

Pick-Up Location

Unless specifically stated otherwise, your pick-up point will be outside the main entrance or main security gate of your hotel. Please ensure you are waiting outside the hotel premises, as most hotels in the area do not allow external vehicles to enter through the security gate. If your hotel does not have a gate, wait directly at the main entrance.

Trip & Activity Modifications

We strive to deliver all trips and activities as described on our website. However, Come2Bodrum.com reserves the right to modify or cancel any part of a trip or activity without prior notice, due to operational or unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations by Us

If we have to cancel any tour or activity, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that specific service. No further compensation will be provided.

Cancellations by You

• 30 days or more before the trip: Full refund

• 7 to 29 days before the trip: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund

Booking Changes by You

If you need to reschedule or change your booking, you can do so free of charge, as long as you inform us at least 48 hours in advance. You may also switch to another tour of your choice, subject to availability.
